Information used by Hotel Match
Hotel Match keeps your current selections in page memory, not persistent browser storage. A results URL can restore its encoded selections when reopened. Shared results URLs may include destination, dates, guest count and preferences; those URLs can appear in browser history and ordinary server access logs. No name, email address or account is required for the quiz.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand page visits and non-sensitive Hotel Match actions. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, telephone numbers or Hotel Match free-form personal information to analytics.
External services
When you follow an Agoda link or use another external service, that service’s privacy policy applies. External sites may use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies.

Contact and quotation requests
Forms collect your name, email, message and, for quotations, phone or messaging number and trip plan. These details are used to respond, assess the requested itinerary and prevent abuse. Hosting and email services process requests. Do not include payment details, identity documents or other sensitive information.
